All items should be secured when the auctioneer says, "Sold". Please pay for the items before removing them from the auction showroom.
All items are to be paid for in full on day of auction- or within 24 hours of the auction's conclusion if arrangements have been made.
Forms of payment accepted are: cash, check with proper ID, MC, Visa, American Express and Discover. Terms for out of state buyers are cash or cashier's check, unless personal check is pre-approved by Jackson's Auction Company.
If a large item cannot be moved on the day of the auction, it must be loaded out on the Monday following the auction, between 1:00 and 5:00 PM. If this is not a possibility, the buyer must make arrangements with Jackson's Auction Company.
Absentee bids will be accepted by fax or email. These bids must be recieved by 8:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on the Friday prior to the auction. Bids may be faxed to (317) 602-6299 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Phone absentee bids will be accepted until 9:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time) on the day of the auction. Call (317) 797-2117 to arrange a phone absentee bid. Absentee bids left in person during the auction should be given to a member of the auction staff.
A 7% sales tax will be charged on all purchases, unless buyer is a dealer possessing a retail merchant's certificate on file with Jackson's Auction Company.
A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price when settlement is made on all purchases either by absentee bid or live bids at the auction.
Any disputed or tie bids will be handled by the auctioneer on the block. His or her decision is final.
All items sell in "as is", "as found" conditions. Please inspect each lot before bidding.
Auctioneers will try to call any damage to an item. However, no item is to be returned after the auctioneer says, "Sold".
